The paper is one part of sub-topic (2002AA2Z4051-2), new highly efficient gathering rainwater and engineering structure research of the key special topic research project which technology research on rainwater resource highly efficient harvesting and utilization. The main goal is that solution the contradiction of the soil erosion and arid-shortage water coexists in the loess plateau area. On the base of the existing results of analysis research slope runoff rule and select the best ways for suit to the rainwater harvesting and utilization in slope partition, at the same time proposed different measures with engineer technology parameters .The author in the paper embarks to study how to eliminate power causes surface runoff and utilizes the three kinds of different sizes research platform of the specifications runoff the methods of the research is combine the artificial rain and nature rainwater in open air , according to taking different slope measures to cut off power caused soil erosion, and adjust surface runoff ,then realizes water and soil resources highly effective utilization, achieved dual goals between control soil erosion and alleviate arid lack of water . The paper will provide feasible theory dependence for further research slope management in the future. The preliminary experimental research results are shown as follows: 1st, the experimental results are same in the three platforms, the hole measure compares the bare land antitheses runoff and erosion to increased. Its possible reasons are: First, the hole measure belongs to spot interception of slope surface runoff, but the longitudinal runoff caused by slope surface runoff must be crosswise intercepted. When building hole, we encircles a semicircle with the earth which takes out from the hole underneath edge in order to make Up this insufficiency. However, the result is not good. Second, this experiment has not researched completely to the different rainstorm standard. The result only came from this condition which designated in this experiment, that is, the total precipitation is 50mm, and the rainfall intensity is 0.579mm/min,2.135mm/min respectively. Third, our research still are atan exploration stage to find the hole, and was possibly unreasonable designate pattern in the building, therefore, there are thorough research must be done.2nd, on the condition of storm and different rainfall intensities, Pater and Purch can postponing produce flow; deduce runoff and erosion compare with the same slope antitheses. The results indicated that Pater made produce flow time postpones more 1.3 times, runoff and erosion deduced more than 40.17%, 87.28% respectively. Purch make produce flow time postpone more than 22%, runoff and erosion deduced more 13.7%, 27.24% respectively.3rd,Pater+PAM is one kind of ideal compound measure has increased soil infiltrate, improve soil aggregate, enhance soil holding water capacity and prevent sand function, next is Pater +hole ,PAM+hole. The results indicated that the Pater+PAM,PAM+hole, Pater+hole separately to compare the antitheses to runoff deduce 74.46%,69.66%,71.03%,erosion deduce 59.18%,17.99%,53.64% on the condition of storm standard.4th,the standard of the runoff plot localization observation experimental result indicated: contour ridge +Wu jiao feng ,clover +hole +PAM are good compound measures, the following measures are com+hole+PAM , com +PAM , corn +hole , all these measure have many functions such as the runoff adjustment ,increase storage rainwater ,prevent sand.
