This paper deals mainly with the soil micromorphological characteristicsof different land exploitation in the land degradation and sanded area of Culaimountain with GIS. The purpose is to study and estimate soilmicromorphological characteristics of different land exploitation and to findthe land exploitation in the degradation and sanded area. Provide sciencegist for controlling sanded land, controlling soil and watererosion sustainable and use in area. In the process of this study, qualitative characterization andquantitative analysis, qualitative index transforming into quan-titative index, analysis by synthesis and estimate of diversifiedindexes and GIS are used different from traditional study means.Based on the survey of land degradation and sanded land in the wholecountry, the whole province and the whole county, and the analysisof the sanded land in Culai mountain, 5 representative soil sectionplanes of the main land exploitation have been studied at the sametime. The micromorphology estimate index system is studied outbased on the traditional study and advice of expert. Most of themicromorphology images are analyzed in GIS (ENVI, MAPGIS) and educethe quantitative indexes and the score of all of the estimate cells. Then distinction is made according to the score. The purpose of thestudy is to analyze and find the most suitable and proper landexploitation in the area. 3基于 GIS 的沙化区不同土地利用方式下土壤微形态特征评价研究 The results of estimate of soil micromorphological charact-eristics show that, the peds of woodland is the best in all of theland exploitations. The quantity of intercropping land, unutilized land and saplinggrowth land is worse than woodland. The synthetical quantity of ploughland is the poorest. Theaggregate of the B floor of ploughland growth better than its A floor. It is farming that cause this result. The result of the study shows that the peds of woodland is themost suitable and proper land exploitation in the area. This landexploitation is benefit to the growth of the peds of the soil inthe area. The result of the study according to the fact shows that themeans of estimate of soil micromorphological characteristics isviable. At the other hand this new means studying micromorphologyand sanded land is good consult to other researchers.
