Fifteen healthy piglets are distributed into three groups in a average.random way.that is to say, five piglets each group of the Healthy group, Spleen deficiency group, Sijunzi decoction antisyndrome group, which are carried out the study on "Pharmacokinetics of Syndrome Differentiation" after Single Oral administration of Levofloxacin(20mg/kg B.W. ) in Piglets. The levofloxacin concentration in plasma was done with HPLC, Calculation of pharmacokinetics parameters was performed using 3P97 PK programe, further pharmacokinetics analysis was performed using SPSS(12.0) statistic software. The datas of the drug concentration-time in the two groups of the Healthy group, Spleen deficiency group were fitted to a one- compartment model with first-order absorption, the counterparters of Sijunzi decoction antisyndrome group were in line with a two-compartment with first-order absorption. The main PK-Parameters of the healthy group were t1/2ka 0.42±0.08h, t1/2ke7.62± 0.38h, tmax1.85±0.25h, Cmax 6.99 +0.92 mg/L, AUC 90.7+10.07 (mg/L).h , V/F(i) 2.45±0.28 L/kg , MRT 11.92?.94h. The ones of the Spleen deficiency were ti,2ka 1.17 + 0.38, tl/2ke 9.02+ 1.18h, tmax3.93 ±1.05h, C,nax 4.28+ 1.45 mg/L, AUC 72.21+ 16.07 mg.L''.h , V/F(s) 3.95 + 1.28 L.kg , MRT 13.74 ±1.21h.Antisyndromegroup: t,/2a1.23 + 0.40 h , tl/2p9.35+0.67h, tmax1.28 + 0.17h, Cmaxl 1.75 + 0.87 mg/L, AUC 114.2 + 11.3 mg.L"'.h, V/F(s ) 1.09 + 0.10 L.kg, MRT 11.54+1.31h. The ones of antisyndrome group were t,/2a 1.23 +0.40 h , t1/2p9.35+0.67h, tmax1.28 + 0.17h, Cmaxl 1.75+0.87 mg/L, AUC 114.2 +11.3 mg.L''.h, V/F(s) 1.09 + 0.10 L.kg, MRT 11.54+1.31h. The results indicated the spleen deficiency condition of the piglets influenced the PK of levofloxacin; SiJunZi decoction could resume the characteristics of the PK parameters in spleen deficiency condition, which also provided scientific evidence for the hypothesis of "Pharmacokinetics of Syndrome Differentiation", also for the better combination between the West animal -medicine and Chinese traditional animal- medicine.
