On laboratory, five Bacillus have been developed into vaccine liquid products. Soaked with vaccine liquid ,the seeds of perennial ryegrass have been planted in sterilized soil.After 3 months' growth of perennial ryegrass, the following index have been tested:1. the height of perennial ryegrass; the hay weight of perennial ryegrass;2. the phosphorus and potassium of perennial ryegrass; the volume of roots and the surface of roots of perennial ryegrass;3. the chlorophyll of perennial ryegrass; the nitrate reductase of perennial ryegrass; the energy of roots of perennial ryegrass;4. the content of basal nutrition in soil before experimentation and the valid phosphorus and rapid potassium in soil after experimentation.Compare with the control, the results show that:1. the height of perennial ryegrass increase remarkably by 17.40%~22.43%;2. the hay weight of perennial ryegrass increase remarkably by 20.02%~34.60%;3. the phosphorus of perennial ryegrass increase remarkably by 21.41%~31.08%;4. the potassium of perennial ryegrass increase remarkably by 21.41 %~31.79%;5. the chlorophyll of perennial ryegrass increase remarkably by 20.47%~35.26%;6. the total surface of roots of perennial ryegrass increase remarkably by 13.51%~ 19.40%;7. the volume of roots of perennial ryegrass increase remarkably by 16.71%~20.67%;8. the energy of roots of perennial ryegrass increase remarkably by 18.59%~28.11%;9. the phosphorus and potassium in soil increase slightly, but not remarkably;10. the nitrate reductase of perennial ryegrass increase slightly, but not remarkably;11. the valid active amount of germ reduce finally, different microbiofertilizers show different way.
