| This experiment has studied the isolation ,purification and identification on the pathogen of palm doiscorea disease by Koch's Rule. It has concluded that the main pathogens of the palm dioscorea disease were Fusarium oxsporum. ,Rhizctonia sonali. , Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.and Alternaria altemata. in Hubei Province. Also assayed the bio-activity of 18 kind of fungicides against Fusarium oxsporum,Rhizctonia sonali.m laboratory. Six fungicides which has a stronger inhibition on the growth of Fusarium oxsporum . ,Rhizctonia scwa/rwere chosen to studied the co-toxicity between each twoThe mixers ,such as Difenoconazole:Flusilazole(2:l,its CTC against Fusarium oxsporum is 250.41. And against Rhizctonia. sonali is 118.62)and Flusilazole:Tanteling (4:1,its CTC against Fusarium. oxsporum is 558.51.And against Rhizctonia sonali. is 920.98 ) which have a higher CTC , were chosen to test the controlling efficiency on the palm dioscorea disease in field. In seeding test, the seed of the palm dioscorea soaked with Carbendazim in 5g/kg then transplant to field has a highest emergence rate . The first investigation on the controlling efficiency showed that the 10% Flusilazole:Tanteling which was 200 g/ml has much lowered the incidence of the palm dioscorea disease, also the incidence of the the palm dioscorea disease related with the plant density The second investigation showed that 10% Difenoconazole:Flusilazole(2:1) which was 200 g/ml and 10% Flusilazole:Tanteling(4:1) which was 50ug/ml has a strong controlling efficiency on the palm dioscorea disease. The yield analysis showed plant density 7500 plants/mu has the highest in the three densities. It'showed that the nearer to the water ,the higher rot percentage of dioscorea . |
