on the theory or method of ecosystem ecology ecosystem health phsiology ecology and biodiversity,this thesis mainly discusses the assessment of the Quercus liaotungensis forest ecosystem'health using the scientific data obtained by investigating in wild forestry and experiment in the laboratory. At the same time ,some important physiological and ecological index can be caculated with these scientific data by using mathematical methods and special applying software ,so these index can be put into efficient in evaluating the Quercus liaotungensis forest ecosystem'health. There are three index as follows:First is the biodiversity of forestry community and relative abundance which can illustrate the structure of forestry community;sencond index is environmental factor(water-,organic material's percent in soil and elevation of every experiment field) which can explain the ecological stratagem of the Quercus liaotungensis forest ecosystem in enviroment;last index is the ecological function ,for example photosynthesis parameter > biomass and society value of ecosystem service,which can evaluate the superiority species' photosynthesis efficiency and difference of ecosystem productivity and so on. At last ,we assess the health hierarchical of nine different forestry community by using all index of ecosystem'health ,at the same time ,we use the neural network technology in assessing the ecosystem health ,and make the assessment scientifically and objectively.The Result from analyzing above mentioned index shows that:with the course of height above sea level's upswing,organic element water percentage and biodiversity of community turn up the same tendency is up at beginning part and down finally. From above analysis,we can make assessment of Quercus liaotungensis forest ecosystem health rightly. The conclusion of assessment is that the Quercus liaotungensis forest ecosystem has the feedback mechanism which make itself taking more efficient ecological stratagem. As a whole,It is useful and helpful for the assessment of ecosystem health in the efficient management of ecological forestry and the development of ecology.
