One of the study's purpose is depressing the harm to Siberia tigers caused by Toxascaris leonine (T.L.). Another one is discovering the morphological characteristics of Spirometra mansoni (S.M.) from Siberia tiger in Chinese Breeding Center of Felid.Tigers' infectius rate of T.L. was from 64% (21/33) to 80% (52/65) examined by improved stolls's method and saturated salt flotation method. These tiger's infectionsity was 874 e.p.g. and the most serious infectiosity was 11900 e.p.g. Saturated salt flotation method was the best one in four examination methods. Because the reinfectious rate of T.L. was very high (80%, 52/55), not good effect was got if drug was used to expelling parasite alone. Integrated central must be carried on, it includedy using many kinds of vermifuge in turn, expelling parasite periodically, treating tigers' fecal harmlessly, disinfecting habitat periodically and at any time needed, burning the grass and other plant in spiring, turning up the soil, covering the ground with clean sand, soaking environment with hot water containing NaOH (5%) , and so on. Using abover methods for a long time, tiger's infectious rate had decreased about 70%, infectiosity decreased about 90%. Good effect had been made by using integrated contral. Two adults of S.M. were obtained from Siberia tiger, their morphology was observed, photographed and analysed by means of type OLYMPUS BH? Light microscope and type KYKY?000 B scanning electron microscope. The structures of these cestodes were observed systematically and comprehensively. Many new morphological characteristics were discovered and reported for the first time.1. Spiromentra monsoni (S.M.) parasitized in wildlife (in eluding Siberia tiger of course) first be found in the northeast of China.2. The length of these cestodes was respectively 157.24cm and 221.75cm, that was much longer than the length of shorter than 100cm recorded in the past document and data.3. The ratio of length and width of terminal gravid proglottides may reach 2.37:1, which was much larger than past recordes of not larger than 1:1. '?4. Many of the gravid proglottides, especially these proglottides near the end of the cestode bodies, possessed much of secretion of Mehlis' gland, why which require further research.5. Many morphological characteristics of the convexities and the microtriches one the surface were observed, then analysed their relation to the function.6. Many precious photographes were taken, such as male genital organ, female genital pore, uterus pore laying eggs.
