In this paper, the values of physiology, biochemistry and hemorheology of the Northern Xinjiang Cashmere Goats which did not contain wide blood were tested. By means of biostatistical methods including S test and step-by-step regression analysis,it was shown that there were significant differences in haematocrit(HCT) , red bl-ood cell(RBC), fibrinogen(Fb),albumin(AP),total protein(TP) , globul-in(GP)and phosphorus(P) between the Northern Xinjiang Cashmere Goats and Liaoning Cashmere Goats,Xinjiang local Goats .There were significant differences in blood viscosity at seven shear rate and in plasam viscosity at 230s-1 .In addition ,the main factors that affected blood viscosity of the Northern Xinjiang Cashmere Goats were HCT,TF,TP,A1,IR1, (p. According to analysing relation between cashmere production and physiobiochemic and hemorheologic values,it was shown that hematocrit(HCT) and phosphorus(P) may become a marked heredity. The chromosome karyotype of the Northern Xinjiang Cashmere Goats was studied. These results may be helpful for further study on the field of Cashmere Goats science.
