In this thesis,nine of heat梤esistance valuation index, i.e.viability,membrane thermostability of leaves and roots, stress index of dry matter, leafs?water梜eeping power, SODase, contents of proline, MDA,and sucrose, and at the same time the field output performance were analysed to value the heatesistance of six wheat cultivals by the membership function methods. The results showed the heatesistance of cultivals as follows: 98EX?80>yongLiang4>9595>M66>83604l >8570 59 Additionally,by the SDSAGE,proteins of 6 cultivals induced by high temperature were analysed.The results indicated: (l)when the gel density was 12.5%,the electropheresis performed well; (2)under high temperature the two kinds of HSP of 98EX?80 and 9595 were induced ,which movingate were 54.8% and 43. 9%;YongLiang? produced only one kind of HSP with 54. 8% of movingate;and there were no apparantly new HSP induced in cultivals such as M66, 836041 and 857059 ; (3) there existed probably qualitative and quantitative difference of HSP induced under high temperature between cultivals...
