This paper mainly studied on dynamics of fermentation of feed riched in fibre which often used in ruminant diets and the influence of peptides from different feeds on ruminal PH, concentration of NH3-N,bacterium protein production (BCP) ,degradation of neutral detergent fibre (NDF) and gas production based on improved gas measure device of artificial rumen system. The results of the study showed that: 1. Gas production were highly correlated with chemistry composition of feed and the beginning time of gas appear were different, the time for NDFs which came from different feeds were same that was twelfth hour. Gas production of NDFs were higher than the corresponding feeds except for alfalfa. 2. The NDF degradation was significantly improved by adding nitrogen sources, the best form of N sources was soybean peptides or soybean amino acid (AA) among the peptides and amino acids used in this experiment. Comparing the peptides, The AA have more positive effects on NDF degradation. The level of gas production of peptides and AA is higher than NH4C1(p
