In the process of agricultural production, open channel flow monitoring and research significance is very important, especially for water saving irrigation and efficient production is particularly important. Is the core equipment of open channel flow monitoring sensor, in the current sensor on the market, although used for liquid flow measurement sensor type very much, but most is suitable for large open channel flow measurement, the sensor devices are large and complex, they are relatively expensive, can be applied to small open channel flow measurement sensor is very little, this makes the small open channel flow measurement is faced with high cost, measuring the complicated problem. Research, therefore, a suitable for small open channel flow monitor is easy to use, low cost, high precision of sensor is very meaningful.Based on the above analysis, the design propeller type flow sensor, a small channel mainly includes the sensor component design, hardware design, software design and flow calculation method of design of four parts, the design is based on the original propeller type sensor will be to improve the electrical signal transmission, use the optical fiber transmission light signal instead of the originally propeller type sensor metal wires in the transmission of electrical signals, and improve the original metal wires in the water working condition is difficult to seal and cause the problem of short service life of equipment and in the case of long-term use of prone to leakage phenomenon, lead to problems of dangerous equipment in use process, and improve the safety factor in the process of test and use. In the case of environmental conditions permit can also use solar power, can save production cost, also can save the cost.Small propeller type of open channel flow sensor is mainly implemented to detect water flow velocity and flow in open channel flow, can not only suitable for small open channel measurement, can also through multipoint measurement way to measure a wide cross-section of medium or large open channel flow, improve the open channel flow sensor structure is complex, expensive problems, compared with the original propeller type sensor at a lower cost, higher safety coefficient, improve the resource utilization efficiency, wider application scope.
