Corn seedling transplanting technology is one of the effective methods for increasing cornyield, the current corn seedling technology adopt to the nutritional single bowl as the seedlingcarrier, which caused many problems such as semi-automatic, low labor efficiency andexpensive price.So a new corn seedling carrier named seedling-growing bowel tray made ofpaddy straw with six bowels was developed, with mang advantages such as realizingcontinuous, uniform and automation transplanting. It is easy to make transplant machine toachieve high-speed automatic operation. The current corn seedling transplanting machine wasnot suitable for the transplanting requirement of the corn seedling-growing bowel tray made ofpaddy straw with its furrower, covering device and roller. At the same time, the current cornseedling transplanting machine adopt to supporting seedling mechanism with the problem suchas complicated operation. Therefore, this article summarizes the working characteristics of thefurrower, covering device and roller apparatus on the similar transplanting machine, reflects onthe research methods of furrower, covering device and roller apparatus, in conjunction withproperties of the corn seedling-growing bowel tray made of paddy straw; then determines thedesign pattern of furrower, covering device and roller apparatus on the corn seedingtransplanting machine Plus, impact of soil on the seedling-growing bowel during the casingmakes the seedlings upright, simplifying the complexity of the device. As a result,transplanting machine will work more reliably.1. This article put a new transplanting method for making the seedlings upright with soilmovement, which benefit to the simplification of the whole machine. Theoretical analysis onthe landing angle and horizontal displacement as well as verification via the high-speed cameraduring seedlings planting. According to the requirements of the stability off the seedlings, thebest investment and seedlings height150mm, landing angle19.8°, horizontal displacement of48mm were obtained.2.The characteristics transplanting condition of corn seedling-growing bowel tray made ofpaddy straw; the structure of furrower, covering device and roller apparatus were determined.Based on the theoretical analysis of trajectory and landing seedling state,the structure parameters of the device is determined. Mechanical analysis on the casing, repression duringseedling-growing-bowel is to determine the factors of upright seedlings.3.The experiment of three factors and quadratic orthogonal rotation combination regards thefactors of upright seedlings as a test target. DPS software analyzing the test data obtained, andthe result that the contribution of the opening angle from impacting factors> Tilt> Rolls sagamount, repression sinkage has a little effect on the angles of upright seedlings. The optimalcombination of parameters by optimizing MATLAB software, that is, coverer opening angle23°, inclination of the casing15°, rolls sinkage20mm, seedling upright rate81.25%, meetsthe quality evaluation of corn seedlings—growing-bowel transplanting machine.
