Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Different Medicinal Parts And Different Origines Of Poria Cocos

Objective According to the major pharmacological activity of ingredient of Poria, comparing the quality of different medicinal parts of Poria from different places, using a variety of analytical methods to measure the content of active ingredients of Poria and looking for some index components that evaluate the quality of Poria to construct the standards and the active ingredient group fingerprints of Poria in different parts and in different localities. Studying on the quality of Poria systematically so that provide the quality standards for standardized planting and SOP upgraded of our traditional Chinese medicine.Methods (1) According to the analysis of polysaccharide content in different medicinal parts of Poria from different places, to establish method for the determination of polysaccharides.(2) High performance liquid chromatography were used to measure the content of pachymic acid and pachymic acid A in different medicinal parts of Poria from different places. Building quality standards for different medicinal parts of Poria.(3) Using multiple analytical methods evaluate the quality of Poria, and building the active ingredient group fingerprints of Poria in different parts and in different localities.Results(1)It is the first study on the content of the main medicinal ingredients from different parts of Poria, It turned out that the content of polysaccharides was the highest in white Poria cocos(more than70%), followed by Rubra Poria(more than60%) and Cortex Poriae (more than45%), the content determination ofpachymic acid and pachymic acid A turned out that the highest was Cortex Poriae(0.15%,0.04%),followed by Rubra Poria(0.06%,0.01%). The content of pachymic acid of white Poria cocos was the lowest part of Poria by an average of more than0.015%.(2)The fingerprints of different medicinal parts of Poria were established, some of the common peaks are identified. According to similarity analysis and cluster analysis, the results showed that the fingerprints of the samples collected have a good similarity and representativeness.Conclusions It provided a theoretical basis for clinical use by comparing the content of the active ingredients of different parts part of Poria and it is significantly that drafting he commodity grade and quality standards of Cortex Poriae, Rubra Poria, white Poria and Poria cum Radix Pini.The establishment of the fingerprints of different medicinal parts of Poria and the identifying of the common peaks will build a more comprehensive quality evaluation system for quality control of Poria, it will provide a guide for Poria GAP of Poria in Hunan Province and a good promotion for the construction and development of Chinese herbal medicines standardized planting base.
