In this paper, through experimental method okra flower, leaf species in different parts of the chemical ingredients for analysis, using solid phase micro-extraction method from the okra of leaves, flowers and seeds to extract volatile oil, using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the chemical composition of the volatile oil carried Isolation and identification of a percentage of the peak area normalization method for the determination of the chemical composition of the volatile oil NaNO2-Al(NO3)3NaOH colorimetric determination of total flavonoids in okra different parts (flowers, leaves, seed), Forint phenol colorimetric determination of total phenolic acid content of okra in different parts (flowers, leaves, seed), Determination of the antioxidant activity of okra in different parts of the methanol extract and volatile oil by three methods, combined with the analysis of samples of different harvest The content of phenolic acids, flavonoids and antioxidant capacity summed up the okra harvest period. The experimental results showed that:1.From the composition of the the okra volatile oil analysis found higher levels of terpenes, sesquiterpene compound component is particularly evident,37.04%of the total composition, distribution sesquiterpene compounds13.24%in the volatile oils in the leaves,22%of the flowers, seeds,1.8%.2. Flavonoids, phenolic acids and other chemical ingredients there are significant differences in the distribution of the different parts of okra. The flavonoids content distribution order in the okra different parts:flowers> leaves> kinds were2.5%,1.2%,0.7%. Total phenolic acid content in okra flowers, leaves, seed distribution was2.5%,1.5%and0.2%, respectively.3.Okra flower relatively strong reducing power, restore the ability of the weakest of the seeds. That flower strongest antioxidant capacity the weakest antioxidant capacity of the seed, the antioxidant capacity of leaf in the middle. Flowers, leaves, seed three parts of volatile oil have antioxidant capacity, their the ICso size:flowers> leaves> seeds. This indicates that the strongest antioxidant capacity flowers, and different parts of the antioxidant activity and the concentration of positive correlation.4.okra flower and fruit of different harvest and okra in different parts of the flavonoid phenolic content and antioxidant capacity vary, draw flowers in mid-to late July and mid-August and early September fruit flavonoid phenols relatively high acid content, antioxidant capacity is relatively strong. Therefore, the the flower harvest period should be selected in the mid-to late July, the fruits of the harvest period election in mid-August and early September,By the experimental analysis okra flavonoids phenolic content and antioxidant capacity, provide a basis for in-depth research and product development in okra basis, to provide a reference to the promotion of okra.
