How to develop new feed resources has become fodder industrial development issues to be solved. Mulberry high nutritional value, rich in natural active substances in the country and the world has great advantages in resources, and has been widely used in animal feed. But the application of research on mulberry leaves in aquatic animal feed has been reported rarely. To this end, this experiment tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus) as the research object, through three trials evaluated the nutritional value of mulberry leaves:Test a conventional nutrient composition of mulberry and amino acids were measured; Experimental study comparing two Luo non-fish for five different sources mulberry apparent digestibility of nutrients; Experimental study of three mulberry on growth, metabolism and quality, and to explore the feasibility of its application in aquaculture feedDetermination of the test five different sources mulberry (1#,2# collected from Yunnan,3#,4# collected from Shaanxi, Chongqing collected from# 5) conventional nutrient composition and amino acid content. The results showed that different sources of mulberry leaf protein content and essential amino acids are quite different. Shaanxi Sang# 4 protein, lysine, arginine content of the highest, and Yu Sang 5# methionine highest to lowest cloud Sang nutritional content of the composition. This test body by biological methods, the method of "70% basal diet+30% test material" test formulated feed in a controlled indoor recirculating system, using collecting feces siphon study tilapia five different sources (1# 2# collected from Yunnan,3#,4# collected from Shaanxi, Chongqing collected from# 5) the apparent digestibility of nutrients from mulberry leaves. The results showed that tilapia five different sources dry mulberry leaves, protein, total amino acids, fats and apparent digestibility of phosphorus were 32.9%-56.3%68.7%-83.7%,69.27%-87.65% 31.8%-63.1% and 34.6% -56.9%. There is a big difference in the apparent digestibility of the same kinds of mulberry in 17 kinds of amino acids, and the lack of regularity. Thus, there are some differences tilapia from different sources on apparent digestibility of nutrients in mulberry leaves.1# and 3# Mulberry tilapia good vegetable protein source, you can add the right amount of tilapia feed, should be controlled in the amount of 5# Mulberry tilapia feed.On the basis of dietary were 0%,5% and 10% in five different sources (Yunnan, Shaanxi, Chongqing) of mulberry leaf powder, etc. can be formulated into 11 kinds, such as nitrogen (CP33%, GE16MJ/Kg) of experimental diets fed indoors freshwater tilapia recirculating system (initial average weight of 9.20 ± 0.53g) 8 weeks, the study mulberry leaf powder on growth, lipid metabolism as well as quality of the fish. The results showed that:mulberry sources added levels and their interaction on the final weight of tilapia, specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR) and feeding rate (FI) had no significant effect (P>0.05). Each test group tilapia protein efficiency (PER), dirty body ratio (VSI), liver body weight ratio (HSI) and serum total cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), and the increase in the index level with mulberry add varying degrees lower. Add 10% mulberry levels were significantly increased value of tilapia serum HDL-C (P<0.05). The fatness of fish in each experimental group (CF), moisture, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash, cooked rate showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Compared with other groups, mulberry high level (10%) group of fish muscle pH of minimal change, drip loss and blood sugar was the lowest (P<0.05). Thus, adding the right amount of feed mulberry powder does not affect the growth of tilapia, tilapia also effectively regulate lipid metabolism, and improve the quality of their fish.
