Multi-Function Experimental Platform (MFEP) of construction machinery is a important experimental equipment, which studies the interaction between working device of construction machinery and operating medium. Based on the MFEP, by understanding research status and development trend of the construction machinery's experimental platform domestic and foreign, this paper analyzes major function and performance requirements of the MFEP, and studies the overall program on MFEP and the implementation plan of the part of MFEP.Firstly according to the needs of construction machinery experimental study, this paper presents the overall requirements of the MFEP. Based on the specific function which the experimental platform need, this paper analyzes the construction program of the MFEP. And in the same time, by calculating and checking the overall structure, The total project is feasible and can be able to meet future test requirements.Based on the expected experiment plan on the MFEP, a reasonable match between working device of construction machinery and traction trolley was carried out in this paper. based on the analysis of the performance characteristics of the four working device, by calculating and checking, this paper identifies the main parameters of working devices, and proposes the performance requirement for the working device.All above work provide a reliable basis for Configuration of MFEP's working device.By analyzing the principles and the plan of driving system, this result shows that MFEP's hydraulic-mechanical drive program is practical and consistent with the overall program requirements.By calculating the transmission power, traction and traction drive speed and other transmission parameters, this paper concludes that the range of the traction speed of the MFEP can basically meet the requirements of the next test. This paper Also proposed inadequate in transmission scheme.This paper analyzes and discusses the following three aspects:the control and test system of MFEP, the work principle of this system, and the parameters, performance requirements and selection of Some components, and proposes reasonable Suggestions. This paper shows that the experimental platform has many good advantages when loading by secondary regulation hydrostatic loading system. And this paper also shows that for the secondary regulation hydrostatic loading system, the relationship between the inertia force and tire slip ratio should be correctly handled and the control algorithm should be further improved.The work in this paper provides a reliable and basis for the development and reasonable use of the MFEP.
