Groundwater resources play an important role in economic, social development and environmental construction in Qingxu county. Groundwater in torrent alluvial fan edge is main water supply sources in Qingxu county and surrounding areas. Over the last decade, the utilization level of groundwater is improved continuously with the increasing of population , rapid development of agriculture, industry and urban construction. At the same time, a series of problems of Water resources and water environment occured near the county, such as continuous declining in groundwater level,reducing of water volume,deterioration of water quality and so on. Planned and targeted exploitation of groundwater resources is important to solve mal-distributed in space and time in the long term Qingxu county, raise water resource efficiency, improve the local ecological environment.Based on the analysis of hydrological, meteorological,geological and hydrogeological conditions of the region, the hydrogeological conditions of alluvial fans area is generalized in this paper, the two-dimensional mathematical model of unsteady flow is established, Mathematical model is identified and verified by four long-term observed wells in study area. The results show that the model and the parameters are reasonable, could simulate and predict the Groundwater level of alluvial fans area.The Forecast results show that groundwater level in alluvial fan edge will decling continuously, at the rate of 2~3m/a, if continued exploit groundwater without effective measures, groundwater in Qingxu county will exhaust in future. If we reduce groundwater exploitation with different program from now on, deep pore water level of alluvial fan edge will gradual recovery. groundwater exploitation of 2015, 2020 and 2030 is up to 5,151,700 m3, 5,867,400 m3 and 6,399,100 m3, in 2030,pore water level value of alluvial fan edge will recovered the level of the early 90s.The results can guide the Qingxu County comprehensive development and utilization of groundwater resources, the sustainable development of economy and society provide a scientific basis.
