Endocrine disrupting chemicals is a kind of exogenous chemicals,also called "environmental hormone". It includes the environmental estrogens,environmental androgens,environmental thyroid hormone , Catecholamine interference and other endocrine function of environmental chemicals.They can interfere with the normal hormone organism produces, release, transfer, metabolism, reaction and eliminate, serious interferes with normal hormone maintain homeostasis and adjust the development process.This experiment with the typical endocrine disruptors dibutyl phthalate for research object.In order to measure the content of endocrine disruptors in water establish a set of effective and simple detection method.Using ozone dynamic aeration and static dosing experimental method to research different ozone dosing quantity and factors (temperature,pH,HCO3–,tert-butanol) for different concentrations of DBP of influence to get the ozone purification process of economic conditions. With AL2O3 as carrier, established a set of AuCL3 impregnation method of catalysts to study the degradation of DBP in different catalyst concentration.Through the trapping agent material-tert-butanol to get the hydroxyl radicals induced further research. The ozone impact in the catalyst will induce hydroxyl radicals in a short time which play a dominant role for the degradation of DBP . Through the use of catalyst in the experiment and research of catalyst for soaking time, proved the durability of the AuCL3 dipping catalyst is a kind of effective catalysts.During the study, through the small meteorological chromatograms chromatogram peaks demonstrate that in the process of DBP degradation will produce some midlle substance and different products in different conditions.The trend of each intermediate product is analyzed. Some middle products will gradually decline following the DBP degradation and Some middle products produce the process, which proved that the degradation of DBP is complexity. Controlling reaction conditions for acid and ozone concentration, to ignore the effects of·OH by adding the tert-butanol in acid solution.By neglecting the consumption amount of ozone in reaction proces and transforming the secondary reactions into pseudo-first-order reaction process produce the ozone oxidation dynamic equation DBP simulation.
