Accurate measurement of three-phase flow rational exploitation of oil and gas resources was of great significance. When three-phase fluid flowing, there are existing multiple flow types in the pipe. The accurate measurement of the difficulties brought by production process of crude oil components, because of water salinity, medium temperature, gas rate and emulsion phenomena changing. So accurate measurement of three-phase flow has been the cutting-edge topics in domestic and international.The main object of this paper is to study downhole three-phase maesurement system and test method. A more complete functional test system was developed on the basis of analyzing the measurement and environmental characteristics of the medium, and the system consists of static mixer, ultrasound Doppler and radioactive source. The theoretical model of the static mixer was estsablished and simulated, and both the test and simulation results show the designed static mixer have good properties. Moreover, the on line three phase detecton circuit is designed, and the parameters including phase ratio, temperature, pressure and other relevant parameters are measured. through direct or indirect metod. The measurement features is non-invasive, real-time and low-cost.The good properties of the developed experimental system are demonstrated by computation, simulation and application. It has been applied in the natonal major project of "Deep water flow measurement system research", and will play an important role in the dowmhole flow measurement system reserch and performance test.
