Based on the research of an important component of inertia turntable, which is used to measure the location angle of aircraft, a new processing method of the multipolar, coarse-fine code combination, sine-cos resolver is researched in order to decrease the cost, satisfy the quality of item, improve the product efficiency, reduce the loss of magnetism. To gratify the specific environment and function of avion, the resolver is designed to deformable circular-disc-shape, of which the stator core and the rotor core are impotant parts of the resolve, they are super-thin components that are deformed easily in traditional processing. Recently, the method of "WHOLE WEDM" satisfy the capability. But with the increase of requirement, the machining method is unfit for throughput. In order to solve this proble, a technology research is carried out on these key causes, we adopt the processing method of " complex-die punching lamination, no machining after gluing" to study according to experimental research.The paper introduced the content,the whole procedure and assuring measure of new processing method detailedly, such as the design of the compound blanking die and agglutionation tooling. We apply the idea and method of 6 sigma management to analyse the relationship of the electric-capability and structure sizes of strator core and rotor core by multivariate linear regression analysis. Concerning the new processing method, based on the magnetic path theory, the equivalent magnetic circuit model is put forward, the magnetic circuits are simulated by MATLAB, the new processing method is verified in theory.The experiment shows that the product eligibility rate is a hundred percent; the curve diagram and experiment are fit together better, the purpose of decreasing the cost, satisfing the quality of item, improving the product efficiency, reducing the loss of magnetism is achieved.This provides the reference to the kindred resolver'processing.
