The new-style structural insulation board is the main research content of new-type roofing materials'key technology, which is belong to the branch of "11th five-year plan" project. The topic of branch project is research and development of residential insulation roofing system and materials.With the basic idea of the composite materials and structure, the author use construction formwork frame as structure, which fill with appropriate insulation, such as foam concrete, organic insulation material, to form the combined formwork insulated roof board, which is formwork polybasic foamy roof materials had sandwich structure. And it realizes the application in rural residential demonstrated project.The main tasks and conclusions of this paper:1 Research on the structure of formwork-keel. The experimental research of the formwork, keel and structure are carried out separately. Results show that:The formwork mainly withstands the longitudinal load bearing (i.e. load bearing of V type), and the crosswise direction plays the connection role; The stability of the keel in the structure is inversely proportional to its abdominal highness; The mechanical failure of structure belongs to the destruction of instability and the destructive power is small. The density of the structure is 909kg/m2 and the even compressive strength is 0.068 MPa.2 Research on combination system. The combined system of foam concrete and the combined system of polyurethane have been studied separately. Because of the high fluidity of foamed concrete, it is not suitable to use the construction formwork as the direct template, and it has the function of corrosion on the formwork and keel in the process of solidification; There is no expansion in the casting process of polyurethane and it's foaming evenly. The bubble in the thermal condition overflows from the hole of formwork evenly and the hardening time of polyurethane foam is about one hour, which has greatly reduced the construction period.The areal density of the combined system'plate of foam concrete is 59.40kg/m2, the even compressive strength is 0.85MPa and the thermal conductivity is 0.1407 W/m-K; The areal density of the combined system'plate of polyurethane is 10.50kg/m2, the even compressive strength is 0.243MPa and the thermal conductivity is 0.0296W/m·K.3 Research on the composition effect of heat preservation roofing board of combined formwork. Three theoretical formula of the composite effect are established initially: (?). For the polyurethane assembly, its structure's destruction belongs to the destruction of instability. Filling the heat preservation body in the structure makes the system stabler, and in the combined system, the assembly's even compressive strength is as 3.5 times as the structure and the flexural strength is as 2 times as the structure; The thermal conductivity coefficient of combination is larger than that of the heat preservation body, but the thermal conductivity of combined system'plate of polyurethane is 0.0296 W/m-K, which still meets the insulation effect of system.4 The casting craft of combined system of polyurethane can use the technique of "spray coating hard soaks of polyurethane of thermal insulation material"; The technique of "Engineering construction of insulation layer of roof plate-type materials" is also suitable for the construction of insulation board of this combination.The insulation board of combined formwork can be prefabricated with factorization, The heat preservation body is poured into the construction formwork frame and the prefabricated plate of combined formwork is made. The prefabricated plate is used with special motar to paste, so it can be applied in the filling wall of roofing structure or frame structure; It is suitable to the packing wall structure in high-rise building. This kind of prefabricated plate belongs to the energy-saving roof and wall structure and it is significant to the energy conservation of construction.
