Evaluation of building energy efficiency and building energy efficiency la-beling system is an inevitable trend, which aims to evaluate the building throu-gh the easured energy savings. Building energy detection of the most important-tindicator is the building exterior envelope of the main parts of the heat trans-fer coefficient (K value) of the test. At present, K value of the main field d-etection methods there are certain problems and deficiencies, such as heavy eq-uipment, complex, or can not be tested in non-heating season.In this paper, the problems in the current detection method as the startin-g point of a fast, convenient, not season-K value of detection-------Simple heat-flow meter method.Simple heat flow meter method is used in comparison tests. This study p-roposes a simple heat flow meter method of testing equipment, testing proced-ures, data acquisition, test time and other aspects of the specific requirements to become a more complete test methodology.Heat flow meter on the simple theory, this study proposes a method for the quasi-steady-state theory. According to the theory of test data from a variet-y of circumstances analysis of the impact on the test.
