With the society and economic development quickly, the density of people and property are also increasing fast. However, there are lots of accident risks hide in a place where assembled many peoples, in case of emergency incidents such as earthquakes, fires, etc. people will inevitably crowded each other, mutual influence during the evacuation process. this orderless energy is difficult to get effective control, combined with incidents arising from external influence, the result of such accidents are often appalling, not only bring about extensive property damage, but also make many injuries and deaths.Therefore, dominating the diversification of the important parameters of sudden accident will be the key to reducing the accident loss, and improve the evacuation efficiency. Because fires, earthquakes and other accident come very unexpectedly, at the present stage, to understand the parameters of such accidents in the most effective and mature way is computer simulation. Computer simulation of the disasters based on the mathematical and physical model, using numerical methods and computer technology, simulate the process of disaster risk unit or system, and predict the rehearsal process and scope of the accident consequences. And then we can be more visually grasp the scene changes in various parameters. Targeted to various parameters for the change, it can take countermeasures against accidents to protect life and property, and also has important significance for rescue and evacuation work. Computer evacuation simulation (the original cellular automaton) consider the individual characteristics in evacuate process, so that the conclusions of simulation have more realistic and practical value.This paper made a teaching building as a example, supporting of the fire dynamics simulation software (Fire Dynamics Simulator---FDS), and get the parameters diversification in the fire accident of the teaching building. Furthermore, we used the original cellular automaton model for evacuating simulation in the corresponding changes for real-time smoke environment, our conclusion are very helpful for improving the evacuation efficiency, the buildings'construction and security settings.
