With the lack of general energy resource, electrical power and the worsening of power supply circumstance problems increasingly, it is provided with very important meanings to partially solve energy lack by using renewable energy resource such as wind energy as the one of the most important clear substituted energy resource in the future.Doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG) is an attractive and booming approach that provides the ability of variable speed constant frequency wind power generation with low cost and high efficiency.At first, the current development situation about the world wind power and wind power generation technology have been introduced,and the basic principles of VSCF wind power generation system and energy relations of AC-excited generator have been analysed. Then, through detailed analysis of dual-PWM converter, we reach the conclusion of dual PWM converter performance requirements and control methods. Control principle of the Net-side converter based on voltage-oriented vector control has been researched especially, proposing control Strategy of vector current control based on voltage space vector and PI voltage control, and the control Strategy of current feedforward improved for improving anti-interference ability when voltage fluctuates and load is turbulent. Achieve the control purposes on two-way flow of power and the DC side voltage stability of net side converter in DFIG VSCF.Then, the principle of net side PWM converter has been studied,and mathematical model of three-phase voltage source converter has been set up. Rich, detailed simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical study and control strategy.In this article,the design of voltage and current signal detection circuit, snubber circuit, IPM is olation driving circuit, IPM fault protection circuit have been introduced detailed. In the experiment, using digital signal processors TMS320LF2407A achieve digital control. Using C language and assembly language programming finishes the SVPWM space vector modulation and software programming and debugging of PI closed-loop system. And conducted experiments have been better experimental waveforms.
