Aiming at the surface processing method of the traditional projectile pellet exist lower efficiency and higher dangerous flaw, it can not satisfy the modernization military necessity, this article design a kind of processing equipment which can complete the projectile pellet surface treatment automatically.This article introduced the main component and the work principle of the projectile pellet's surface processing system. According to the overall target and the operation requirements of the system, we has designed mechanism including the transport unit,the clamp installment, the smooth surface treating plant, the ignition surface treating plant and the transmission device and so on; As well as hardware circuit part which including AVR monolithic circuit and electrical machinery,sensor connects; Moreover, According to according to the detonation condition and the characteristic of projectile pellet, we has researched the explosion-proof of the working place.Through the experiment, we has realized the mechanization and the automation in the projectile pellet surface treatment, obtained 9 ring-like trigonometric form trenches as well as the smooth surface area in its ignition surface≤10mm~2 spreads across the scratch, and caused the equipment to satisfy the explosion-proof, the rust prevention and against static electricity operation requirements.
