Bolt anchoring quality testing is important for anchor engineering, the traditional testing way of static load can not meet the requirement of wide large areas testing for anchor bars in practice, using stress wave in the inspection of construction quality of bolting is a non-destructive testing, it will not have a detrimental effect on the bolt, suitable for large areas of quality testing.This thesis based on the theory of theoretical analysis, combined with aboratory model test and field test, using matlab powerful digital signal processing functions, stress wave reflection method for bolt anchor at the quality of nondestructive testing applications in the study.The academic analysis of stress wave spreading is conducted on transmit rule about elasticity wave to offer an important academic base for nondestructive test and evaluation of anchorage system quality.Dynamic response rules of different anchoring state are summarized through the interior model test by waveform, frequency and time-frequency spectrum. Anchorage system quality can be estimated by waveform and frequency. For good quality anchor, the attenuation of stress wave is quickly, reflection can not be identified at the bottom.The frequency difference changes in the larger interval. And only the first wave of emerging high-frequency cycle value, a reflection period to low-frequency attenuation of the frequency of status has barely identify.Based on model test in the interior, 105 anchors are tested in air return way of 1115(1) face in Guqiao Mine during 28 days, in contrast to loose before and after analysis to verify the conclusions of the interior model test are accurate.With the progress of this issue, non-destructive testing of the software (MineAnchorPro) has completed the preparation of the main frame, Perfect the software and launch on the market is next step of the subject.
