Research On The Operational Effectiveness Evaluation Methods Of Anti-tank Missile System

This thesis mainly deals with system efficiency and operational efficiency of anti-tank missile weapon system. It takes evaluation of system efficiency and operational efficiency of anti-tank missile weapon system as a research object. On the basis of analyzing, studying and summarizing the existing achievements of system effectiveness evaluation and operational efficiency evaluation home and abroad, this thesis mainly analyzes key factors that affect its system efficiency and operational efficiency, and researches into operation principles.The main contributions of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1) This thesis studies basic concepts of anti-tank missile weapon system and effectiveness evaluation, and gives hierarchical structure model of effectiveness assessment from individual efficiency to system efficiency, then to operational efficiency.(2) This thesis analyzes the situation of effectiveness assessment and its main problems. The concepts, measure standards, evaluation methods and steps of missile weapon system are expounded, and several effectiveness evaluation models are established.(3) Based on the ADC system effectiveness analytical model produced by the WSEIAC and combined with the anti-tank missile system characteristics, this thesis establishes an analytical model of anti-tank missile system efficiency. And then, according to the established system efficiency assessment model, the computed results are analyzed and discussed after practical calculating for a certain type of anti-tank missile system. Also, some rationalization proposal are provided for the futuristic anti-tank missile overall design.(4) Taking characteristics of modern anti-tank campaign into account, this paper discusses many factors that affect operational efficiency of anti-tank missile weapon system on the view of tactics by using queuing theory, probability theory, fuzzy theory, and system engineering theory. In the paper, many examples are adopted to valuate and analyze operational efficiency of anti-tank missile weapon system, and operational principles and using methods are discussed simultaneously.The results of this thesis can be used in the evaluation and assessment of missile weapon system, and its type selection, but also helps to improving military training methods and military training effect.
