On the base of former study conclusion, it suggests physics index of unbound aggregate. And it analyzes the mechanical properties of unbound aggregate in different shaping modes. The factors infect mechanism of unbound aggregate are found. As a result, it suggests reasonable gradation, which can structure high-quality unbound aggregate upper base.Systematic summary and research of gravel grading design methods, including continuous gradation, discontinuous gradation, breakdown gradation, CBR test and passed it with the various existing gradation compared to material grading design to provide reasonable design parametersResilient modulus reflects the change of stress. Repeated dynamic load triaxial test is the best method which can be used to study characteristics of resilient modulus of unbound aggregate. Through different gradation triaxial test was graded gravel different gradation of resilient modulus model.Paving the road through the pilot study the thick unbound aggregate base construction technology, and through trial Road observation and analysis, Construction of a reasonable quality of construction and testing procedures. Grading of granite unbound aggregate base asa result of the research, the rational structure of the closure.
