The supervisory system of airport navigation aid light is a necessity visual facility which can guarantee the airplane taking off and landing normally at night or in the low visibility situation at the air harbor, its working condition, reliable, stopgap is closely related to the airplane's security. Therefore, there are many people design and research the supervisory system of airport navigation aid light. Although presently there are many supervisory systems can implement monitoring to constant flow dimmer at home, this supervisory system still exist some problems in some places such as the number of monitoring node, security and timeliness of system. So, this article introduces one kind of CAN-bus bridge based on CAN-bus. The bridge can expanse the number of node, the CAN-bus redundancy, reduction the load of communication on CAN-bus, and enhance reliability and security of system.The designed bridge in this topic contains two parts, that's the hardware and the program. And the hardware mainly includes the control core microprocessor control unit of STC89C52RC, CAN-controller SJA1000, isolator and transceiver module, that's the chip of CTM8251T, one forth analog switch CD4052, TTL and RS-232 level switch chip MAX232, and so on. The PCB board is designed by using the software Protel99se, and the hardware circuit wafer is manufactured, which is simulated and debugged finally. After designing the program by using the assembly language to compile the procedure code, it is simulated by using the Keil and the Proteus software. At last, take carry on the earnest analysis, the summary to these simulation's results.The results by using the simulation to program of CAN-bus bridge based on the Keil and the Proteus software demonstrate that the program can implement the design requirements. And, the result dates by carring on the simulation to the CAN-bus bridge's circuit wafer demonstrate that the manufacture hardware circuit wafer can meet the design requirements, too.The CAN-bus bridge designed in this topic, its design proposal is rational by experiment in the laboratory, it also has good timeliness and high stability. This bridge can expand the airport navigation aid lamp supervisory system's monitor area in the practical application, especially in large-scale airport application. Simultaneously, it has the function of CAN-bus redundancy, enhances supervisory system's stability and timeliness greatly.
