With the deepening of ocean exploitation activities,people design many kinds of equipment which will be used in deep-sea environment. But before using them, it is necessary to carry out the experiment under deep-sea enviroment. Because of the long cycle and the high cost of direct sea trial, it is necessary to design a device which can simulate deep-sea enviroment. This article carry out the design and research to the main component of the simulation equipment of deep-sea environment.The reliability of the structure, installation convenience and the reliability of sealing structure of the pressure cabin is very importment to the performance of deep-sea environment simulator. A new structural design of the pressure cabin is made in the first part of this article, and all components of the new structure are designed and analyzed with ANSYS software. Finite element analysis is applied to the O-ring seal structure which is in high-pressure environment, and it is achieved that the impact of different design parameters to the maximum contact pressure of sealing surface and the maximum shear stress of the O-ring. Reference to the results of the analysis, the O-ring seal structure which is in the top cover of the pressure cabin is designed.Contact performance and sealing performance of the underwater signal connector is very importment to the signal transmission of the simulation equipment of deep-sea environment. The best structure design is obtained through analyzing and comparing among three new kinds of structural design of underwater signal connector in the second part of this article. The contact stability of the underwater signal connector is guaranteed through choosing a suitable material and designing reasonable structure to the key components of the best structure design. The key sealing structure of the underwater signal connector is analyzed with ANSYS,and the effects of the different design parameters to sealing performance are obtained. It is the theoretical foundation to improve the structural design of sealed The sealing performance of the high-pressure shaft seal has a direct impact on the constant pressure of pressure cabin. Lip seal structure of high-pressure shaft is analyzed with ANSYS software, and reference to the results of the analysis, the test results of lip seal structure are analyzed. Against the problems of the lip seal structure which occur in the course of the experiment, a new tooth seal structure is proposed on the basis of lip seal structure, its initial installed interference is optimized with ANSYS software.All the conclusions and the structures are tested through related experments in this paper ,and they have originality.
