With the rapid development of China's economy and highway system, large-scale construction, double-arch tunnel are widely used in recent years as a relatively new and special form of a tunnel structure, because of taken small terrain,smooth linear,small-spam high integrity of space utilization and good structure However, the application of double-arch tunnel and research is still in the accumulation stage of exploration and practice, combined with the construction process of Dan Shan Gou double-arch 2 # tunnel, depend on the design of the support lining, the monitoring of support system and measuring slope Yang and so on ,the paper has done a research work, as follows:(1) In-depth study the engineering geological conditions of the tunnel site, based on the support relationship between the classification of rock stability and measures, combined with Dan Shan Gou 2 # double-arch tunnel specific geological conditions, given optimized programs of support system;(2) System safety analysis and internal force calculation of IV and V-class rock under the conditions of support, confirmed that design and optimization procedures are correct and reasonable of support system parameters by numerical calculation support.(3) By simulation of double-arch tunnel instructure, it was found the force are more related to construction methods, in order to avoid arch collapse and increasing excavation diameter, the middle wall should be done and in the side of not digging holes, using temporary steel plates, steel support in the wall to balance asymmetric thrust.(4) Research on the Dan Shan Gou 2 # double-arch tunnel construction process and the deformation monitoring, found that the tunnel opening paragraph is often subject to bias press force during the construction of double-arch tunnel closely related to the arch support processes and procedures, so it is proposed to increase monitoring works efforts for the implementation of dynamic design of the building and information technology.(5) Studied slope stability and mechanism of the Dan Shan Gou 2 # double-arch tunnel, the proposed tunnel and slope support work plan are given in detail for the rock tunnel entrance, depend on geological conditions, the treatment programs is proved to be reasonable.
