With the economy is developing sustainedly and rapidly in China, while the highway grade has brought forward higher call for to our country basis construction, at the same time, As "traffic throat", a series of problem such as Functional degradation, component defects and inadequate bearing capacity produced by in-service bridge is also paid close attention to fully, also, the technical condition assessment of in-service bridge become, a hot topic. But, the domestic existing assessment methods have lots of insufficiencies, to a great extent fettered the bridge to have the greater social economy benefits, that there is necessary to do the further research to technical condition assessment about bridge.This article has carried on the elaboration to the domestic and foreign assessment method , at the conclusion of the technical condition assessment of bridge based on the results of research, parallel comprehensive assessment system of technical condition assessment of in-service concrete beam bridge is proposed, that based on G1method ,combined with the characteristics of in-service concrete beam bridge. In this system, first of all, established evaluation model used the analytic hierarchy process classical theory; secondly, has revised new grading standard for the bottom evaluating indicators ,according to domestic existing standard and material; thirdly, for evaluating indicator weight computation, focused on the introduction of G1 method that have a wider application in areas such aseconomy commerce , emergency security, ecological environment to calculat the weight of the subjective, and used entropy method to calculate the weight of the objective,then calculated the final weight through the linear weighting combination method that integrated by this method and entropy method; finally, parallel comprehensive assessment method is proposed, that the bridge condition index assessment standard and the direct assessment standard by the damages of important components parallel, and different assessment goal and assessment standard parallel, and use this method assessed finally the technical condition assessment of bridge Though examples of assessment results show that in this assessment system the computation principle is concise is concise, and there is a prominent characteristic of less calculation , and the evaluation result has very strong pointedness ,and there is a higher precision, and concrete, reasonable, reliable ,and this system is feasible In actual productive work.
