Research On The Business Network Layout Of Railway Container Transport Enterprise

Railway container transport is an important guarantee for national economic development as well as an important part of the social logistic system. At present, the competitiveness of railway container transport is behind the highway container transport in the integrated transport system. Study the organization of railway container transportation and the operation mode of the railway container transport enterprise at aboard, the author found that the micro-enterprise has great promote role to the railway container transport. So this paper researched the business network layout of railway container transport enterprise. This paper referenced the logistics network planning theory and Location Theory method, studied China's railway container transport market and the principles, impacting factors and the processes of the railway container transport enterprise. Then this paper divided the business network layout into two modes: new node built mode and nodes adjust mode. Thought deep research and analyze of these two modes, the paper gave a mathematic model of new node built mode, and solving method was giving. To the nodes adjust mode, the paper first combine two evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of the nodes in the network. And one evaluation method is Entropy Method, and the other is Analytic Hierarchy Process. After evaluation a mathematic model was given to determine how to adjust the nodes in the network. In the end of the paper, author concluded the strengths and the point where need to research more.
