It over-all discuss the piezoelectric ceramic's basic principle and characteristic the means of drive, and design open loop measure method of piezoelectric ceramic's hysterics characteristics in the article. Stability of optical table is a basic expect, in the. course of experiments should be further adjusted and design photoelectricity receiving amplifier with confocal cavity interference principle proceed experiment and debug to the hysterics characteristics of PZT, and gets pressure-displacement characteristic of curve, and with experiment analyzing PZT piezoelectric ceramics make hysterics non-linearity's origin. using the method of the excess driving to PZT, through multiple repeat adjustments,multiple concuss adjustments,many cyclic voltage to-and-fro change. Using the mode of the attenuation to add voltage,minus voltage control, get accurate motion control curve.
