With the development and construction of Expressway, Networked toll-collection becomes an inevitable difficulty that needs to be resolved now. The ultimate method to resolve the difficulty of networked toll-collection is to resolve the problem of muti-routes choices and muti-routes dividing on highway. So, the paper centers on the discussion of how to resolve the problem of muti-routes choices and muti-routes dividing. In order to resolve the problem of muti-routes choices and muti-routes dividing occurred in the process of networked toll-collection, the paper expatiates on the problem of networked toll-collection faced in recent years, and reviews the present studies on the networked toll-collection at home and abroad. The thesis selectively analyzes that the first step to resolve the difficulty of networked toll-collection is to resolve the problem of muti-routes choices and muti-routes dividing. The thesis explains the basic theories of muti-routes choices, analyzes the main skills and methods presently used in resolving the problem of muti-routes in our country. Further, the paper importantly introduces three ways to divide toll in muti-path—the traffic probability dividing method, consultation method and OD traffic volume method, others, a simple and practical dividing example is given for supplying basis of networked toll- collection dividing. The problem of how to resolve rational path set in muti-path is introduced minutely, in order to resolve the problem of how to determine the muti-path in the process of dividing; What is more, the paper analyzes how to choose the weight model, which is needed during muti-routes judgment, and fitting renew, identify and verify the parameters. The dissertation summarizes the technologies and skills that used in muti-routes judgment on highway by many professional scholars in our country systematically, these technologies and skills calculated multiple various of"reasonable"alternative routes, which have distinct attributes for driver's real driving behavior to be met instead of giving drivers a single"optimal"path to follow. On the basis of these theories, the paper represents, analyzes, compares and simulates these technology, and gives a new effective method to resolve the problem of muti-routes judgment further. At last, the dissertation exposits how to analyze and resolve the problem of muti-path judgment when emergency occurred on highway.
