Along with our country highway construction's development, the long-span bridge beam bridge surface paving has become in the highway construction a technical difficult problem。The long-span bridge beam bridge surface paving has gained some successful experiences, but flooring's high temperature wheel rut, the weary dehiscence, the level were separated from and so on plant diseases to be still serious. Our country has many great span bridges to construct or soon constructs, the massive old bridge flooring needs to service, therefore the flooring existence's question urgent needs to further study the solution, instructs the project practice. This article depends on YuMenKou Yellow River bridge flooring is the project practice, conducts system's research to the great span concretes bridge flooring.First uses three level law to the flooring to carry on mechanics analysis, by determines the paving level the stressful condition and the mechanical properties request. (1) Is continual based on the flooring and the floorboard, and distorts the coordinated principle, the application three dimensional finite element method analyzes the full cloth vehicles load, under the temperature load function the bridge structure whole to distort to the flooring level function. (2) Further utilizes the sub-modeling the floorboard local distortion and the strained condition carries on the analysis to the wheel load function, thus determination floorboard under wheel load function local distortion to flooring performance requirement, summarizes under the wheel load function the floorboard partial stressful condition analysis method. (3) Through the computation partial flooring structural model, under the multianalysis wheel load function the paving level structure internal stressful condition, the stress strain distribution rule, and through the comparison test result, summarized the paving level structure stress characteristic, and has analyzed strengthens the flooring level asphalt concrete fatigue resistance to be able the necessity.This article flooring mechanics analysis and the experimental conclusion utilize in directly the flooring project practice, also and further standardization has provided the theory reference for the flooring design.
