China's automobile industry has developed rapidly since 1980s. After entering into the 21st century, the development tendency is stronger, which has already continuously maintained above 10% growth scope for four years. Making the prominent contribution, it has impelled the national economy at a fast growth rate and become the Chinese third big industry. China has become the world's third big automobile producer country and the third automobile sale market behind American and Japan. The automobile industry has already become the engine of Chinese automobile economy development and the thruster of industrial structure promotion. The statistics demonstrated that, in 2007 the Chinese automobile output is 8,882,400, having 22.02% compared increase, increasing 1,602,700 compared to the last year; Automobile sales volume is 8,791,500, having 21.84%, compared increase, increasing 1,576,000 compared to the last year. In 2008 the Chinese automobile output will achieve 10,000,000 by estimate and as the same time the automobile volume of exports will achieve 1,000,000.Along with the automobile output increaing, our country automobile inventory is also in the unceasing growth. The automobile collision accident often occurs, which showed a the trend of escalation in the last few years. Ministry of Public Security Transportation Administrative Bureau issued the statistical data indicated that, in 2007, the nation altogether traffic accidents are 327,000, causing 81,600 people die, 380,000 injured, and the direct economic loss amounts to RMB 1,200,000,000. The traffic safety problem has become our country prominent society question. Along with the fast development of highway, the passenger security protection is brought a higher request to the automobile collision accident.In recent years, along with the attention of people to automobile safety question, as well as traffic accident casualty unceasing rise, people has slowly transformed emphasis from pursuing sole car's performance originally to the unification of security and environmental protection. With society's development and the increase and the idea renewal which people receive, the automobile safety performance already becomes consumer's most matter of concern.The automobile impact test as a synthetic quality evaluation of automobile collision safety performance is the most essential and effective method. The automobile impact test is from the viewpoint of protecting passengers, by reappearing traffic accidents, analyzing passengers and vehicle states of motion and the damage condition before and after vehicles collisions, taking this as basis to improve vehicles safety structure design and adding or improving protective device. Although, the automobile impact test expense and the cost are high, it is not a substitute testing method. The automobile impact test is not a duplicate test. The experimental cost is high which involves into many experiment measurement systems and links. The experiment is uniqueness. Therefore the development of automobile impact test technology research is extremely essential. This article revolves the automobile collision security, aimed at the automobile impact test technology, dummies, data acquisition, data processing and analysis in which we has launched research, mainly studied the content included:1) This article studies and has analyzed two main kind of shapes of automobile impact test, and domestic and foreign standards and regulations difference of front impact test and the side impact test and to the automobile front collision and the side collision testing method and the specification, we have carried on the detailed elaboration; Guaranteed the automobile impact test scientificity and validity, appraising the automobile collision safety performance correctly.2) To the automobile impact test dummy's structure, the function, the survey target we has carried on the detailed analysis, studied the technology request of dummy calculation and test method and finishing dummy calculation test which has obtained the test result.3) The data acquisition system is the most essential part in the automobile impact test technology, which decides experimental validity directly. To the data acquisition system in the basic aspect request of impact strength, the channel frequency rank, the peak-to-peak value resolution and the channel time inferior, we has carried on the detailed analysis.4) In the data processing aspect, we have carried on the analysis to physics signal return to original state of the test data and the unwanted signal processing method. To the digital filter principle of design and the method has carried on the discussion. To two step and three step Baht Wass filter computational method , we has carried on the inferential reasoning and the analysis and has obtained two step and three step Baht Wass numeral filter (BW) frequency response curve.5) In the data analysis aspect, to front impact test dummy and side crash dummy's head, chest and so on injury target computations and the analysis method, we has conducted the research. Using two step and three step Baht Wass numeral filter and the injury target computation and the analysis method, we has carried on the calculation and the analysis to a certain domestic vehicle's front impact test data, which has obtained the test curve and result.The result indicated that:1) Automobile impact test method as well as the dummy caculation technology which we have researched is effectively in the full-scale test and guarante the automobile impact test validity and the scientificity.2) Through data processing method research, we have analysed the data of a vehicle collision, which indicates the data processing method is accuracy, in order to really reflect the automobile's collision safety performance.
