The paper mainly aims at evaluating the performance of the ATV through experiment, a portable signal sampling system is built basing on the Imc device, two analyzing systems are explored, one is for the ride comfort the other is for handling stability of vehicle.Firstly, through analyzing the international standards, the national standards and the relevant achievements on ride comfort in automobile field we build up the portable road test system basing on the Imc device matching with the accelerator transducer and some other electronic components. A analyzing software was explored basing on the Famos platform. The software have the ability of reading the original signal, analyzing the signal, reporting automatic. The software was included two part basing on the method: the frequency filtering method, the time domain filtering method.Secondly, we build up a method to evaluating the performances of the handling stability of automobile refer to the evaluating method of automobile. We develop a portable signal acquisition system of handling stability of ATV basing on the Imc device matching with some GPS velocity transducer, angular rate gyroscope transducer and some other electronic components. A analyzing software was explored basing on the Famos platform. The software have the ability of reading the original signal, analyzing the signal, reporting automatic.Thirdly, we finished the test of ATV ride comfort and handling stability using the testing and analysis system, finally we gained the results. The results of the tests shows : the system is work available and reliable, the evaluation method for ATV handling stability is in reason; the system arrives at the requirements of functions and capabilities.
