Research On The "Original Scenery" In Traditional Settlement

China is a country with a long history, and on its broad land, the spreading traditional settlement clusters with unique cells gather randomly, eternally, disorderly and organically, and then an interrelated, extensive and complicated system engineering of nature—society—human is created by Chinese people of all nationalities through hard struggling from generation to generation. It goes through years of changes, replacement, evolution, collision and merging, affirmation and negation, decomposition and synthesis, all-embracing and selection, and thus has formed today the rich, colorful and valuable wealth.As the globalization and urbanization develop at a high-speed nowadays, development of the sceneries of China face crisis in such aspects as ecology, culture, and humanization, etc. Establishing the idea of regional landscape of the era is nowadays the primary problem that we need to solve urgently.This paper takes Miao nationality settlement in Qiandongnan Prefecture as the subject research background, builds up the prototype structure of modern regional landscape with "the 'original scenery' of form, ecology, and emotion", probes into the design origin of modern regional landscape from such three aspects as "ecology, form, and emotion", and thus reveals the basic creation principle and construction spirit of the "original scenery".The paper starts with the general environment of Miao nationality settlement region in Qiandongnan Prefecture, analyzes its geographical and ecological background and pluralistic and mingled cultural circles which are same in structure and different in character, and summarizes the overall characteristics of the Miao nationality settlement pattern which echoes with the nature, humane environment and landscape architecture. Then, based on the prototype structure of the "original scenery" of nature (ecology), culture (form), and humane (emotion), this paper makes a systematic and thorough analysis of the "original scenery" in the Miao nationality settlement region in Qiandongnan Prefecture, and constructs the derivation mechanism of the prototype of modern regional landscape through analyzing systematically the wild thinking in such three aspects as ecology, form and emotion of "original scenery", summarizes the enlightenment brought by "original scenery" to the creation of modern regional landscape, and thus proposes the further thinking about the creation of modern regional landscape.This paper has the following characteristics:1.The research materials are firsthand materials personally obtained from the Miao nationality settlement region in Qiandongnan Prefecture.2.Some discussion and thinking about the practical operability of modern regional landscape are made on the basis of tracing the construction spirit of the Miao nationality settlement region in Qiandongnan Prefecture.3.The theoretical framework system of the prototype of modern regional landscape with "the 'original scenery' of ecology, form, and emotion" is established.
