The nanocrystalline TiO2 porous thin film electrode and the Al3+-doped ZnO thin film electrode be prepared by TiO2 and ZnO of two excellent semiconductor materials. Many people and institutions have unfolded their researchs to two types of thin films. Their characterizations were very superiority and they have been applied to solar cells as the electrodes. Interpoly acide and heteropoly acide have well oxidation-deoxidization. As catalyzers, they have come into being a new field in catalyze chemistry. Heteropoly acid radical is a big anion with high negative charge. They be doped easily into electric polymer films,consequently,these films had some specifically function. When some film had part properties of solar cells, it will be a sort of latent electrode of solar cells.The nanocrystalline TiO2 porous thin film electrodes and the Al3+-doped ZnO thin film electrodes be prepared on common and electric glass substrate by Sol-Gel process in this paper. We also prepared HPA (phosphotungstic acid) thin film electrode on stainless steel substrate by electrochemical method. At the same time, we studied their technics conditions by contrast. The structural, optical and electrical properties of thin films were studied by differential thermal analysis (DTA),a X-ray diffraction (XRD),a scanning electron microscope (SEM),a spectrophoto -meter and a four-Point Probe method.By study to a optimums of technological parameter for preparation of the nanocrystalline TiO2 thin film electrode and ZAO transparent electric thin film electrode by Sol-Gel and analyse to properties of electrode, we got conclusions as follow . The optimum technological parameters for the nanocrystalline TiO2 thin film electrode were that the sol concentration was 0.5mol/L, the number of coatings was 8, the annealing temperature was 550~600℃, and the speed of rise temperature was 2℃/min. The optimum technological parameters for ZAO thin film were that the sol concentration was 0.75mol/L, the dopant concentration was 1.5atm%, the number of coatings was 10 (about 136nm) ,the annealing temperature was 600℃.HPA thin film as the electrode of solar cell is a new study and its study to it start just now. By study to an optimums of technological parameter for preparation of the HPA thin film electrode by electrochemical method and analyse to properties of electrode, we got conclusions as follow. The optimum technological parameters for HPA thin film were that the HPA concentration was 5×10-3mol/L, the pyrrole concentration was 5×10-2mol/L, the reactive voltage was 1.0V, the reactive time was 60min.Although many properties of HPA thin film satisfy need as solar cell electrode on basic, we must to farther study its structural, optical and electrical properties in the future in order to apply it to solar cell as well.
