Today, experiential data in the design guide are commonly used in cleanroom air supply system design ,which leads to a conservative result choosing a bigger air change rate than needed ,so that a great deal of energy are wasted . In order to decrease the energy waste resulting from the conservative design in cleanroom air-conditioning system , the model to calculate the indoor air particle concentration, so as to confirm the classification of the cleanroom air cleanliness ,is needed to instruct the design . Although some of the former models could calculate the concentration in some easy situation ,but they usually ignored more alterable parameter in reality , and often over-simplified and lack of experimental validations. So they cannot be used in some special situations . In this article the former models are improved and perfected ,and a new model is established to meet the reality.In this article, both theoretical analysis and experimental methods are used ,on one hand , several typical models are compared of their special situation ,parameters and the limitation ,and a new model is established ,which include more parameters and will meet with the good result. On the other hand , experimental method are used to test the real cleanroom air classification of some typical conditions ,the results are used to compare with the calculation results from the new model ,then the new model can be modified .By the theoretical and experimental analysis, it is founded the cleanroom indoor particle concentration depends mainly on the indoor particle generation rate and the air change rate ,also the airflow form , room pressure differential ,the position of the particle source and indoor surface material etc, will all influence the particle concentration of the cleanroom, From this study we found that ,if the airflow form could mix the clean air well with the particle , the calculation result would be close to the test result. What is more, the real cleanroom classification are tested in the condition of some different particle generation rate ,and the particle aggradation rate onto the indoor surface .
