Rotating machinery can't be lacked in industrial production. In the process of exactitude and high-speed development for rotating machinery, the most serious problem is mechanical vibration. The initial unbalance of rotors is the main source of mechanical vibration. With the development of computer and sensor technology, research for dynamic balancing test technology and equipments has reached to high level. A lot of all-purpose or special unbalances measuring and correcting equipments have been independently researched and developed, such as various all-purpose or special balancing machines.According to market needs, a suit of measurement and control software is designed in this research, which can work for dynamic balancing machine and run on PC. The software can make precisely balancing measurement and correction for all types of motor rotors, by setting differentially parameters. The process of the software design contains these details: 1. According to market needs, the software is modularized by differential functions, and the general planning of program is brought forward; 2. All kinds of function modules are designed in detail, such as communication module, computation module of unbalance, computation module of milling depth, data display and save; 3. According to filed test, the capabilities are estimated, and then the software is released; 4. The improvement of the software is advanced for its maintenance and update in future.According to filed test, the software includes these functions: 1. It can measure unbalance for all types of motor rotors, containing static-unbalance and dynamic-unbalance; 2. The information of milling depth can be computed, using the unbalance of rotors. Then the actuator can correct the unbalance of rotors by milling according to the information; 3. The software can save the unbalance data of rotors, and then the user can access the data and estimate the stability of the system after the system works a period of time.
