Construction Process Control Of Beam String Structure

The paper researches on some technical problems of plane beam string structure in Tianjin railway station.Firstly, the paper analyzes the condition of beam string structure home and abroad at present and puts forward many technical problems on construction. Secondly, the paper deal with special project research on the construction theory of Tianjin railway station. In analysis,ANSYS large-scale finite element program is used and creates models about single roof structure on one cell and whole roof structure. The paper mostly analyzes the theory about construction methods on beam string structure,and analyzes the mechanical behaviors and the deformation characteristics during tensile construction,creates models about plane beam string structure,and analyzes three problems,which are the confirmation of reasonable pre-stress on beam string structure,structure form-finding problem in the construction stage and choice of the suitable pulling construction. According to the principle of making the hump brought by pre-stress equal to that brought by dead load, the reasonable pre-stress on beam string structure with the span of 43.35 m is 244.8 kN. And the reasonable pre-stress on beam string structure with shorter span is between 182 kN and 187 kN. Structure form-finding problem is solved successfully in virtue of ANSYS. Besides, distortion of beam string structure during lift is researched. The reasonable amount and location of lift point is desided. The utmost error of the result is below 1 mm, which is in the tolerance of construction. Lastly, the influence on construction brought by sequence of installation is also analyzed.
