Following the enhancement of cities construction in China and attaching important to the environment and landscape of cities construction, urban lake-river system and greenbelt arrested more and more people's attention, and became an important part of urban landscape environnment construction. Not only city's lake-river system and greenblet's system bring fresh air and wet environment, but also operate on self-restraint water, ameliorating climate, purifying water quality, transporting fresh air, blancing ecology, beautifying environment, and bring favorable society, environment, economy benefits. Thus water is the most basic condition of lives, and indispendent guarantee of city's lake-river system and greenbelt system existence. Therefore, research on urban landscape ecological environment water requirement planning is becoming more and more important.Planning and research on urban landscape ecological environment water requirement are discussed in this thesis. Fristly, according to the primary aim of urban landscape ecological environment water requirement planning, in which the research on urban lake-river system and greenbelt system is included, main content of the thesis is urban landscape ecological environment water requirement and reinforce and ecological rehabilitation and preservation of water quality of city's lake-river system; secondly, concept of urban landscape ecological environment water requirement is brought forward, which is available for the thesis, and the parts of the city's landscape ecological environment water requirement are fixed in the thesis, namely city's lake-river basical ecological water, water surface evaporation, lake-river infiltrating water, greenbelt water evaporation, greenbelt vegetation growth water and etc. And methods of research on city's landscape ecological environment water requirement are brought forward with unification between quality and quantity; Thirdly, the actuality of city's ecological environment is academicly analyzed, including weather and climate, water hydrology and circulation, lake-river water quality, greenbelt vegetation and etc; As following, the thesis analyzed the lake-river and greenbelt water requirement and supplement from the balance of water quantity, proposed the calculation method of urban lake-river system's water supply index and greenbelt system's irrigating water index, and calculated the monthly unit ecological environment water requirement of a industrial park in Tianjin Binhai New Area. And the time list trigonometric function method is adopted to simulate and calculate the rainfall, and regression analysis of greenbelt irrigating water quantity; Finally, did some research on the contaminated lake-river water quality of cities, and brought forward the method of ecological rehabilitating and preserving, and designed the wetlands ecological treatment system of city's lake-river water quality rehabilitating and preserving.
