The oil comsumption of power car is the main cost of vehicle branch, and it is the key way to control fuel cost. It has many flaws to dectect oil consumption and inspect diesel dynamo at present. For example, existing leaking oil,thieveing oil ,having not real time to inspect diesel dynamo and so on. So, it has great realism significance and economy benefit to dectect oil consumption and inspect diesel dynamo by using current electron technic.This paper implement dectecting oil consumption and inspecting diesel dynamo by utilizing single-chip, sensor, checking module for alternating current parameter. There are many advantages, for instance, improving fuel utilizing rate, achieving scientific and numeric manage for oil consumption of power car, providing reliable gist for fault analyse and failure forecast with diesel dynamo.At first, the paper analyses the domestic and overseas actuality in oil consumption and inspecting diesel dynamo. And brings forward oil and power detection system with wireless network. Then, the system requirements is put forward bases on the present condition. It has realized the hardware system by using single-chip, sensor, AD converter and has achieved software programme with Keil C.At last, it analyzes the EMC of system and test. And the system has perfect effect.
