With the development of industry, a great deal of industry waste residue is produced year by year, such as steel slag, fly ash, blast furnace slag and coal gangue. The industry waste residue is used for compound mineral admixture in concrete. It is not only can utilize the industry waste residue, decrease the environment pollution and reduce the cost of concrete, but also can improve concrete property effectively.Based on the study of cement mortar with compound mineral admixture, we regard the concrete with compound mineral admixture as the major studying object. In this article, some laws were got between age and compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength modulus of elasticity and dry shrinkage of concrete with compound mineral admixture. We also compare properties of concrete with compound mineral admixture to that of the common concrete . The following conclusions can be obtained:(1) The compound mineral admixture has good adaptability. When we use two or three kinds of mineral mixture at the same time, the super-compound effects is especially prominent. In the appropriate proportion, the compound mineral admixture can improve properties of cement mortar and concrete.(2) With the age growth, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and modulus of elasticity of the concrete with compound mineral admixture increase gradually. The shrinkage increase rapidly in early time,but slowly latter.(3) The replacement amount of compound mineral admixture is an import factor for concrete's property. The different index of property should select the right replacement. The replacement can achieve 50% for compressive strength. It should be less than 30% for splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and dry shrinkage.(4) BP neural network can forecast the strength of concrete with compound mineral admixture and that the error is little. Along with the increasing of accuracy and samples, veracity of forecasting result also advance.
