This thesis is on the base of the Project of Guangxi Natural Science Foundation"compression characteristics research of Municipal Solid Waste and innovation design of compression unit ".Loading and compression unit is one of core parts of back-loading compression refuse collector, its function directly relate to the loading cubage and quality of refuse truck. Aim of the research is to reveal characteristic of Loading -compression unit and study the performance relationship of its relevant parameters. At the end, compression unit of high compression ratio, reliability and simple structure was designed, which is suitable for china national condition.First: Types of the compression unit were comprehensive analyzed and scheme was optimized. The final scheme had been identified, and the specific design and calculation were done to the key parameters. Simplified parameter model was created by Macro order under the environment of ADAMS.The angle of the mechanism is 48 through the calculation and simulation.Second: With the requirement of movement, parameters of scraping board were optimized, and then the specific value was obtained.The parametric analysis was done to the new compression unit, and the key points' value of parameters had been obtained.Third: With Pro/E and AutoCAD tools, sets of drawings (all parts and the assembly) were designed and the integrated virtual prototype model had been created.At last, simulation analysis was done. Through the simulation we got the results of kinematics and dynamics, these results could be provided to finite element analysis of the key parts of unit.Finally: Finite element analysis model of scraping-board had been created under ANSYS. Deformation and stress results were obtained. Partial modification and improvement were done to the scraping-board according to the analysis results. At the same time we validate that the work of hydraulic cylinders selection is correct under the software of ANSYS.The relevant technique and results of above do good help for the designing and improvement of the back-loading compression refuse collector, it has improved the quality of products significantly.
