The rapid development of national economy directly results in the demands for raising the highway function. At present, cement-stabilized aggregate mixtures have already got broad application, and been a kind of main building material in our country highways. It has fine body function, high early strength and anti-cracking function, good resistant deformability. Therefore, it has been broadly applied to highways, city roads and airport roads.However, the disfigurements of semi-rigid pavement such as: low tensile strength, big brittleness, low flexibility and precipitate appear step by step in the process of usage. The cracking, which stands most prominently, is the main flaw of this pavement structure, which finally destroys the integrity and the continuity of the road surface. It is more serious that it enables the road surface water enter the pavement structure by the rift, even thorough the earth foundation, which thus causes the pavement structure destruction prematurely.Combining with the JiangSu province transportation scientific research plan project "the research of the polymer cement-stabilized aggregate mixtures anti-cracking function" (07Y26), according to the dehiscence situation of high grade highways cement-stabilized aggregate mixtures basement, associated with some domestic and foreign research results, this article selects the appropriate type of polymer-the SBR Latex, By many theory theoretic and experimentation, The paper conclusions and the suggestions will be somewhat of theory value and refer to further researches on SBR Latex cement-stabilized aggregate mixtures. The main purpose of this article is to study the relation and outlink changes between physical mechanic performances such as strength, rebound modulus, drying shrinkage and the influence factors such as the quantity of SBR Latex. Based on these results, according to mixtures strength formation mechanism and drying shrinkage mechanism of SBR Latex cement-stabilized aggregate mixtures, this article studies the influences to SBR Latex cement-stabilized aggregate mixtures mechanic performance and drying shrinkage performance brought by different SBR Latex mixing amount. Experimentation indicates, with increasing of the SBR Latex, cement-stabilized aggregate mixtures transform to flexible material gradually, and its crack resistance function improved evidently. It is expected to be drawn from the test that the usages of SBR Latex have positive influences to mixture's strength and shrinking, and put forward some corresponding proposals.The paper conclusions and the suggestions will be somewhat of theory value and refer to further researches on SBR Latex cement-stabilized aggregate mixtures.
