The resource of water is a prerequisite factor and condition of human being's life, Along with the expanding of the yield scale of industry and agriculture and the increasing of environment pollution, and the available water resource is increasingly decreasing, indeed to be paratactic stratagem substance according to energy sources and material. The water for human's living is the main part of water resource, and the water for washing the sanitary ware is about one third of that water for human's living, so the saving water design of sanitary ware is one of way to increase the percent of using water resource, and is a research hotspot in line of the ceramic sanitary ware, and also is a vital technology to win the market during to that ceramic sanitary ware company.This paper have carried out CFD simulation calculation to the flow process of siphon toilet basing on the multi-phases theory, used the liquid with the same physics parameter of measuring solid granule, studied the flow of the multi-phases in the complicated flow path of the siphon toilet, and established the physics model of the washing process of siphon toilet. Basing on the CFD simulation calculation, this paper have carried out to optimization design of the structure siphon toilet for saving water, and get some principium result, also compared practice experiment to that of CFD simulation calculation.The characteristics of this paper are:1. This paper have carried out CFD simulation calculation to the flow process of siphon toilet basing on the multi-phases theory, used the simulative experiment to replace the expensive and hard to monitor practice experiment, and acquired the two key parameters about judging the wash performance of siphon toilet, which are the time of siphon happen and the intensity of the siphon. To improve efficiency, this paper have used the parallel processing.2. This paper have adopted the method of Multidisciplinary Design Optimization, used the Kriging surrogate model to establish the geometrical model of the flow track of siphon toilet, this method effectively decreased the time and the huge number of simulation calculation.3. This paper have combined with the genetic algorithms and Pareto method which mainly use to deal with the multi-objective optimization, used the Pareto multi-objective genetic algorithms MOGA to search the optimization value of Kriging surrogate model, so to get the optimization value of the geometrical model of the flow track of siphon toilet.4. This paper have carried out some calculation examples to affirm the above method, and have get some principium results, and also compared practice experiment to that of CFD simulation calculation.In conclusion, this paper have given a whole solve method for saving water design of siphon toilet, mainly includes two parts which are CFD simulation calculation and optimization design. In future, If we can improve the side of comparing with practice experiment and that of CFD simulation calculation, and research more high efficiency numerical calculation method, then the solve method of this paper may be a effective tool for saving water design of siphon toilet.
