The EOPs of accident of Qinshan phaseâ…¡are event-orient. They are based in accident analysys for sigle event which modulating event progess and system feedback. Safety facilities are adjusted in accident analysys to prevent and mitigate accident and the results are appraisaled to sinsure safety.The EOP which handle accident of completely loses for the water in SGs is H2 in Qinshan phaseâ…¡.In the paper the thermal-dynamics system of Qinshan phaseâ…¡is introduced. The main risk, system response, processing principle and the alleviation measures are analyzed when lose completely for the water in the SGs. A model for the accident has been established and its simulation code has been programmed with software of Matlab. The H2 procedure programmed for this accident in Qinshan phaseâ…¡has been analyzed by the code and proved to be appropriate. The method of initiative release of SGs has been analyzed and some improvements to H2 regulations have been proposed.When H2 procedure fault, the accident of lose completely for the water in the SGs become severe accident.Process of the severe accident due to completely loses for the water in SGs is analysised in the paper. The risk of containment falult due to hydrogen bursting is shown in the paper. Advancement, Preventing and mitigating methods for this accident in Qinshan phaseâ…¡are introduced. Because have adopted the redundancy and the diverse design, probability of core damage is greatly reduced. Regarding the severe accident, depends upon the conservative design method to bring the inherent security margin, the improved EOPs and devices, Qinshan phaseâ…¡can in the certain degree resist the severe accident.[c4]We get thorough understanding to the accident of lose completely for the water in the SGs in Qinshan phaseâ…¡through the paper. While we have comprehensive understanding about Mitigating methods and the strategy to sever accidents in Qinshan phaseâ…¡.This article had shown the method of demonstrating the accident procedure through the model structuring and calculating. This method may use in other accidents analyses and the accident procedures confirmation. Through analysis of severe accidents management in Qinshan phaseâ…¡, we thought that SA research and management should be considered to the current work plan as soon as possible, that can enhances Qinshan phaseâ…¡overall security levels.
